By providing the knowledge and skills to develop self-responsibility, an organization will benefit from people discovering the source of their own power. This session will focus on the role of optimism in leadership and the power of optimism in the workplace. You will learn the effect pessimism has on human energy. This session will relate leadership lessons learned in the U.S. Army's Psychological Warfare division and how they apply to leaders in our everyday jobs.
