About Marcia Reynolds:

Marcia Reynolds is a master at visioning and attracting bright new chapters in her life. After turning twenty in jail, she chose freedom and completed her college degree, graduating summa cum laude. From there, she earned two masters degrees and moved up the ladder to the top rungs in the corporate world. Her greatest corporate accomplishment came when she joined the management team of a semiconductor corporation facing the possibility of bankruptcy. Marcia created the employee and management program that helped build the company to a major stock market success in less than three years. She then left to start her own coaching and leadership training organization, Covisioning. In 1999, she was elected the 2000 President of the International Coach Federation. She is also active with the National Speaker’s Association and on the board of Southwest Behavioral Health.

In her role as principal of Covisioning, Marcia provides life and leadership coaching, strategic planning, management and personal effectiveness training, and team weaving workshops. Marcia has appeared in numerous magazines and newspapers throughout the United States, including Fortune Magazine, Health Magazine, The New York Times, and Industry Week, and she has appeared on radio and television talk shows and news programs in the US and Japan. She is the celebrated author of Golf in the Zone, Being in the Zone, and Capture the Rapture.
