Live dictation practice to increase speed in any machine shorthand system in preparation for the national Court Reporters Association RPR Test. Prerequisites: One year of machine shorthand or equivalent.

Apply comprehensive knowledge of machine shorthand theory to writing on the machine and transcription. (II)

Practice Literary material at 180 wpm, Jury Charge material at 200 wpm, and Question/Answer testimony material at 225 wpm with a minimum of 95% degree of accuracy. (III)
