Labor Leadership
Review of local union structure, union democracy, and local management from the perspective of the union leader, including the role of the local union in collective bargaining negotiations and the basic clauses of collective bar gaining agreements. Grievance procedures, arbitration of contract problems, and legal requirements of local union government reports.
