Advanced level lab work -- minor remodeling and space planning. Final job preparation and continued presentation work and portfolio development. Prerequisites: INT115, INT220, and INT230.

1. Analyze scenario and create a floor plan that is in concert with the scenario and space available. (I)
2. Interview real clients and research an area to be redecorated. (II)
3. Develop a redecorationg design concept that is in concert with the lifestyle of the client and the space available. (II)
4. Create schematics and presentation boards that visually interpret the redocorating project. (I,II)
5. Present the total redecorating concept to the client using professional vernacular, presentaion boards, sales priciples, an closing techniques. (II)
6. Interview real clients and research an area to be remodeled. (III)
7. Develop a remodeling design concept that is in concert with the lifestyle of the client and the space available. (III)

13. Present the total kitchen design concept to the client using professional vernacular, presentation boards, sales principles, and closing techniques. (IV)
