Principles of Human Nutrition
Scientific principles of human nutrition. Emphasis on nutrients, metabolism, and factors affecting utilization in the human body throughout the life cycle. Includes influence of food selection on health and evaluation of computerized dietary analysis. Prerequisites: One year high school chemistry with a grade of "C" or better, or CHM130 and CHM130LL, or BIO181, or approval of instructor.
