Health Service Management Internship
Participation in establishment of policies and objectives for nursing units. Includes planning, departmental coordination and unit activity, staff development, budget preparation, and research. Prerequisites: HSM/MGT 122, HSM/MGT 125, HSM/MGT 222, HSM/MGT 226, ACC 111, ACC 112, BPC 100, 15 credits in professional health related courses, and one year experience in the health care field, or permission of instructor.
