Fundamentals of Writing |

Emphasis on preparation for college-level composition with a focus on organizational skills. Developing effective writing strategies through five or more writing projects comprising at least 2000 words in total. Prerequisites: Appropriate English
placement test score, or a grade of C or better in ENG081, or permission of
Department or Division Chair. |

Course Note: Through five or more writing projects comprising at least 2000 words (final drafts), the student will demonstrate an understanding of writing as a process through the ability to complete the ENG091 competencies. |
