as a Second Language II: Grammar |

Second
level of English as a Second Language (ESL). Continued emphasis on conversational
skills, pronunciation, vocabulary building and grammar with some reading and
sentence level writing. Prerequisites: Appropriate ESL placement
test score, or a grade of "P" or "C" or better in ESL010,
or (ESL010AA, ESL010AB, and ESL010AC). Course Notes: ESL020 may be repeated for
a maximum of six (6) credits. Credit (P) or no credit (Z). Standard grading
available according to procedures outlined in catalog. |
