Network Service and Support

Troubleshooting, servicing and supporting computer networks. Hands-on experience in supporting, expanding, servicing, diagnosing and troubleshooting networked computers of multiple architectures and configurations. Use of diagnostic equipment, common troubleshooting procedures and documentation necessary to maintain networks.

Prerequisites: (CIS191, or CIS191DB, or CIS191DC, or CIS191DD) or permission of Instructor.
