Bend allowance in sheet metal, factors that influence bend allowance and calculations required for specific sheet metal fabrication problems. Bending sheet metal to specific dimensions allowing for bend allowance, setback, springback and stretchout. Soldering for sealing joints and seams in sheet metal. Specific materials and tools, safety precautions and techniques.
