Emergency Room Nursing
Roles of emergency health team. Medical/legal issues specific to emergency room care. Triage classifications for specific emergency room situations. Nursing care for selected conditions, trauma, and disease processes. Organ donation issues, discharge procedures, and client education. Prerequisites: Registered nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or currently enrolled in a nursing program.
