Theory of writing business correspondence in a quality-oriented organization. Includes the orientation of the writer to the internal/external customer's needs and writing in positive, negative, and persuasive settings.
Prerequisites: Appropriate English placement test score in ENG101, or C or better in ENG071. OAS108 and TQM101 or TQM101AA and TQM101AB are recommended.
