Advanced study of real estate industry in Arizona. Focus on responsibilities of a real estate brokerage. Ownership, estates, title, agency, listings, property management and leases, fair housing and environmental laws, legal descriptions and subdivision law. REA279 and REA280 combined meet ADRE requirements to take broker licensing exam. Prerequisites: REA179 and REA180, or permission of instructor. |
