Reviews English phonetics. Focuses on speech sound production from a linguistic, physiologic, acoustic and clinical perspective. Transcription of normal and disordered speech at the entry-level using the International Phonetic Alphabet(IPA). Prerequisites: SLP210. Prerequisites or Corequisites: ENG213.
