Nursing Science I
Content organized around the nursing process, with emphasis on common daily needs and maintenance of homeostasis. Includes growth and development, developmental tasks, basic mental health concepts, and beginning medical-surgical nursing and medication administration. Integration of cultural and ethnic variations with basic nursing skills. Prerequisites: Admission to the nursing program.
