Socket and butt weld piping including materials, fittings, and drawings. Methods for determining pipe length and procedures for aligning fittings. Oxyacetylene torch for cutting plate steel, holes and pipe. Pipe end preparation including length determination, backing rings, clamps, alignment tools and procedures. Prerequisites: (Indentured status with the Arizona Builders Alliance and SUN135) or permission of the apprenticeship coordinator. |
