Nursing Process II | |||
Builds and expands upon the system of nursing practice and the holistic client within the health-illness continuum presented in Nursing Process I. Further integration of concepts of health adaptation, individual needs, multicultural values, communication, life span development, nursing process, and professional role. Theoretical concepts focus on the basic principles of care including physical assessment and psychosocial considerations for clients with disorders of body systems. Clinical experiences structured to further develop nursing skills, nursing care plans, documentation, and medication administration to a group of clients. Prerequisites: BIO201, NUR108, and PSY101. | |||
