A study of quadratic equations, relations and functions, theory of equations, systems of equations and inequalities, matrices and determinants, binomial theorem, sequences, series, permutations, combinations and probability. May not receive credit for MAT153 and MAT154. Prerequisites: Grade of "C", or better, in MAT124, or MAT129, or equivalent, or satisfactory score on District placement exam.
