3. Use law library refrence sources regarding litigation practice. (II)
4. Perform classroom assignments simulating the duties of a legal secretary in a law office setting involving a litigation practice (provided the student has also completed OAS219). (III-VI)
5. Process the various pleadings and ducuments involved in litigation. (III-VI)
6. Use fee schedules to determine fees for various courts. (III)
7. Instruct process server regarding service of process. (III)
8. Cause summons and subpoenas/subpoenas duces tecum to be issued. (III)
9. Organize a litigation file. (III)
10. Compute and calendar important dates in litigation practice. (III)

12. Prepare citations and quotations in form of Uniform System of Citation and check their accuracy. (III)
