Mastery of skills and techniques used in the production of letter, manuscript, and statistical documents; decision making; business/industry standard emphasized. Prerequisites: OAS102, or minimum typing speed of 50 wpm, or permission of department/division.

1. Key/enter 60 to 70 words per minute with no more than five errors for five minutes. (I)
