Continued development of speaking and listening skills for effective communication in Portuguese. Emphasis on development of vocabulary and pronunciation.
Prerequisites: POR115 or permission of Department or Division.

16. Identify major cultural differences between Portuguese speaking regions. (III)
17. Explain the similarities and differences between Brazil and the rest of South American culture and trace the historical reason for the differences. (III)
