Role of a health care attendant with emphasis on the independent living philosophy. Personal care skills for coping with sensory impairments, limited body movement, wheel chair mobility, the elderly and the terminally ill. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation, first aid, nutrition and alcohol/drug abuse. Prerequisites: None.
