1. Perform the fundamental skills of exercise aerobics with body mechanics appropriate to senior adults and adherence to health and safety standards. (I)
2. Perform exercise aerobics which stress attainment of cardiorespiratory and muscular strength and endurance as dictated by medical standards and personal capacities appropriate for senior adults. (II)
3. Continue performing and learning appropriate exercise aerobics according to personal health and social motivations and goals. (III)
