Nurse Assisting Part I
Nurse assisting in a long-term care facility. Focus on age-related disorders of body systems, principles of caring for the elderly with special needs, and the long-term care environment. Emphasis on nursing assistant's behavior, communication skills, and clinical performance in a long-term care facility. Prerequisites: Employment with a long-term care provider or permission of the instructor.
