Continuation and expansion of content threads organized around three components of care: crisis, regulatory, and body systems with emphasis on oxygenation and elimination. Application of the nursing process in caring for small groups of patients with chronic and/or terminal diseases occurring during the life cycle. Setting priorities of needs with emphasis on distinction between normal and abnormal adaptation to multiple stressors affecting body systems. Prerequisites: NUR120, PSY101, PSY240, BIO201, and BIO202 with a grade of "C" or better. | |||
