Builds on concepts and principles from prior courses. Focus on application of the nursing process in meeting needs of clients with common medical-surgical problems. Emphasis on psychophysiologic interactions and crisis intervention. Maternal-newborn nursing concepts introduced. Prerequisites: NUR112 with grade of "C" or better.
