Overview to the clinical laboratory including program policies, hospital organization, health-care delivery systems, medical ethics, medical terminology, basic anatomy and physiology, infection control, safety and first aid, quality assurance, computer technology, professionalism, interpersonal communications, and the certification process. Prerequisites: None.
