A technician level clinical practicum. Includes observation of basic skills. Also includes evaluation and performance under maximum supervision of patient record review, basic oxygen therapy and aerosol therapy skills on the general floor. Prerequisites: Admission into program, and current cardiopulmonary certification.

        B. Aerosol therapy - Small Volume Nebulizer
        C. Oxygen therapy
          1. Low flow delivery devices
            a. Cannula/catheter
            b. Simple face mask
            c. Partial/none rebreathing masks
          2. High flow delivery devices - venturi mask
      II. Observation and assistance in the performance of the following skills under maximum supervision.
          A. Hyperinflation devices
            1. Incentive spirometer
            2. IPPB
          B. Chest physiotherapy
            1. CPT
            2. Cough
            3. Breathing excercises
          C. Aerosol therapy
