MCCCD Official Course Competencies:
OAS210   19886-19945	Shorthand IV

1.	Demonstrate through "live" dictation the various word families and shortcuts used instead of words and phrases. (I)
2.	Take "live" dictation for 3 minutes at a minimum of 100 WPM with 95 percent accuracy. (II)
3.	Transcribe dictated material with 95 percent accuracy within 30 minutes. (II, III)
4.	Take dictation of business letters for 3 minutes and transcribe them into mailable format. (III)
