Obstetrical Nursing II
Advanced concepts of health care needs of the maternity and the infant patient. Emphasis on health needs of high risk maternal and infant patient with complications. Nursing process emphasized. Principles of pharmacology, diet therapy, legal issues and communication skills. Prerequisites: Acceptance into the LPN to ADN program, and NUR 121 or equivalent, or permission of the director.
