Nursing Practice I
Knowledge and practice of nursing fundamentals. Emphasis on application of nursing process essential for care of clients in acute care and long-term settings. Includes concepts of communication, psychomotor skill, growth and development, legal and ethical aspects, basic emergency care, asepsis and pharmacology. Prerequisites: Admission to the Registered Nurse (RN) program.
