Legal Aspects of Nursing
Current knowledge of legal technicalities as applied to providing patient care. Emphasis on legal issues in agencies, private duty, schools, and other employment situations in which the nurse might be involved. Prerequisites: Open to RNs and LPNs or permission of instructor.
