Care of the Acutely Ill Patient
Advanced clinical nursing theory including nursing observations of the acutely ill patient. Covers principles of nursing care of the medical and surgical intensive care patient. Includes physical and emotional needs of the patient and family in the intensive care setting. Prerequisites: Open to RNs and LPNs or permission of instructor.
