Preparation for entry into the medical field. Explanation of medical ethics and the relationship of the medical radiographer to other medical fields. Theoretical and practical understanding of nursing care. Includes basic medical terminology, basic radiation protection, first aid, and body mechanics. Prerequisites: Permission of program director.
