Budget and Finance
Provides a knowledge of the purpose of the budgets and finance, how they work, and how budget systems can be used as management tools. Special emphasis on the structuring and function of budget and financial systems as part of tribal government and on specific budgets for grant programs. Examination of federal guidelines for both levels of systems. Prerequisites: None.
