A study of quadratic equations, relations and functions, theory of equations, systems of equations and inequalities, matrices and determinants, binomial theorem, sequences, series, permutations, combinations and probability. Prerequisites: Grade of "C" or better in MAT 129 or equivalent or satisfactory score on a placement exam. Not open to students with credit in MAT 154.
