Zumba Fitness fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow choreographed moves. Applies interval training sessions where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt while burning fat. Prerequisites: None. Course Notes: PED103ZU may be repeated for credit. |
