Paralegal Litigation

Criminal and civil litigation responsibilities of the paralegal in the areas of discovery, depositions, and pretrial procedures. Includes preparation of clients, witnesses, and exhibits for the courtroom. Also covers responsibilities of the paralegal in the evidentiary phase of trial, post-trial, and the appeals process in addition to collection and enforcement of judgments.

Prerequisites: PAR112 and formal admission to the Paralegal program.
