1. List
various types of meters and the applications of each. (I)
2. Discuss
various meter malfunctions. (II)
3. Determine
if a "meter check" or "check read" is necessary, based on
available information. (II)
4. Use
appropriate screens to identify various types of meter activity. (III)
5. Use
a basic data screen to update meter information. (IV)
6. Determine
the customer's security light needs. (V)
7. Define
terms related to trouble orders. (VI)
8. Demonstrate
procedure for handling trouble calls. (VII, VIII, IX)
9. Identify
the possible reasons for "no power" and describe how to handle each.

10. Determine
what type of power problems a customer is having and process necessary
corrective actions. (IX)
11. Describe
how to check and reset a circuit breaker. (X)
