Strength and Conditioning for Sport Performance

Principles and training techniques of strength and conditioning for sport performance. Emphasis is placed on instructional techniques and safety of Olympic lifts; plyometrics; muscular endurance, strength and power development; anaerobic and aerobic capacity; and injury prevention.

Prerequisites: None.

Course Notes: PED124 may be repeated for a total of eight (8) credit hours.
