Major oncologic pathologies. Includes Epidemiology, etiology, natural
history, histology, staging, workup, patterns of spread and treatment
options. Basic principles of surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy.
Emphasis placed on cancers of the brain, head and neck, breast, thorax,
abdomen, pelvis, extremities and pediatric cancers.
Prerequisites: None. Corequisites: (RTT101, RTT110, RTT120, and RTT130) or permission of Instructor. | |||
