Identify, describe, and practice a variety of techniques and strategies related to the topic to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle. (I-II)

4.

Effectively use the basic elements of the topic in developing, implementing and evaluating a plan for the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle. (III)
