Supporting Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems

Troubleshooting and repairing problems with Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems. Basic knowledge of system architecture and security as needed to provide skills required to support users. Preparation for Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification examination.

Prerequisites: CIS102 and CIS105, or permission of Instructor. Prerequisites or Corequisites: MST150XP.
