Clinical application of concurrent respiratory care course work with emphasis on professionalism, and medical record evaluation. Utilization oxygen therapy and small volume therapy administration. Prerequisites: Admission into the Respiratory Care program. Corequisites: RES130.

1.	Adhere to agency policies and procedures including Health Information Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) guidelines. (I)
2.	Evaluate chart for existing data related to patient history. (I)
3.	Evaluate chart for existing laboratory data. (I)
4.	Evaluate chart for existing patient data pertaining to vital signs and physical findings. (I)
5.	Perform patient assessment techniques required to meet therapeutic objectives. (II)
6.	Perform administration of oxygen therapy under maximum supervision. (II)
7.	Perform small volume nebulizer administration under maximum supervision. (II)
8.	Observe administration of basic respiratory care procedures. (III)
