Complete review of real estate principles in preparation for taking Arizona's real estate license exam. Prerequisites: [Grade of "C" or better and 90 hours of school-verified attendance in (REA179 and REA180) or REA201] or permission of department.
 
Course Note: Students must complete final exam at 70% in order for the college to issue their prelicensure certificate.
