Demonstration of problem solving, professional behavior
and therapeutic communication skills. Demonstration of caring behaviors and
ensuring environmental safety for the client. Provides opportunity for the
development of clinical competency in the performance of selected nursing
assisting skills and procedures through participation in the care of clients.
Prerequisites: Completed Health and
Safety Documentation Checklist (Proof of immunity or immunizations for
Rubella, Rubeola, Mumps, Varicella,
Hepatitis B, current TB testing, and current Health Care Provider CPR card)
and completed Health Declaration form. Corequisites:
