Registered Nurse Preceptorship

Practical application of theoretical and clinical nursing concepts to clients and families in health care settings working under the supervision of a registered nurse preceptor with faculty guidance. Emphasis on application of basic nursing care concepts, nursing process principles, skills, and the caregiver role of the professional nurse. Prerequisites: NCE228 or permission of instructor.
