Math/Methods For Beginning Nursing Students
Focus on basic mathematical concepts to calculate metric- apothecary conversion, dosage problems and intravenous flow rates. Includes calculation problems with oral, parenteral, and reconstitution medications. Emphasis on the ratio/proportion problem solving method. Prerequisites: Current student in Associate Degree Nursing program, or permission of Instructor.
