Telephony I/Voice
Overview of voice telecommunications systems that include both central office based and premised based platforms. Switching and transmission telecommunications concepts include numbering plans, powering, types of switches, call processing, signaling systems, traffic engineering, multiplexing, trunk and local loop, timing and synchronization. Prerequisites: TLT101 and TLT102.
